4. Delivery of goods
The goods are sent via the Courier service to the address or delivery point chosen by the buyer in the order.
Delivery time is usually within 7 working days from order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
The buyer is obliged to check the shipment upon receipt.
In case of damage to the package or an obvious defect, it is necessary to contact us by email at info.amunis@gmail.com .
5. Complaints and liability for defects
Each product is manually inspected before shipment.
If an error still occurs, such as poor embroidery, defective material or damage, please contact us without delay at info.amunis@gmail.com .
The complaint will be handled individually, usually by exchanging the goods or refunding the amount if the complaint is justified.
The warranty does not apply to wear and tear caused by normal use or improper maintenance.
6. Withdrawal from the contract
The goods in the Amunis offer are often created at the customer's request - especially personalized embroideries (e.g. names, dates, motifs created according to request).
It is not possible to withdraw from the contract within 14 days for such products, as they are goods modified according to the buyer's wishes (Section 1837 letter d of the Civil Code).
In the case of standard goods without modifications, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt , in writing to the e-mail info.amunis@gmail.com .
The goods must be undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging.
